`ROUND` Expression

ROUND parses a numeric input and applies C++ std::round: it rounds to the nearest integer value, with halfway cases rounded away from zero.

Syntax

ROUND{value}

These forms are already covered by ACE's expression/math-parser tests:

ROUND{2.4}    -> 2
ROUND{2.6}    -> 3
ROUND{2.5}    -> 3
ROUND{-2.7}   -> -3

Nested numeric expressions may be used as the input.
